In order to get back the feeling of riding a fully loaded bike like what I did for Beijing2paris trip is very important and thats the reason why I had to carry all the actual stuffs on this training ride for 3 days 2 night on 4th- 6th Oct and the FEELING is GREAT ,I really enjoy the rides without much of a problem even on hills. The rides details:
4th Oct - From Subang Jaya to Seremban taking the Puchong E11 hwy ,Putrajava ,Kajang silk hwy E26,Lekas hwy E18 and exit at Mantin on old road to Seremban.Thanks to Sim and Lily for a night stay in their house. total distance 89km and 6 hours.
5th Oct - From Seremban to Port Dickson via Sendayam ,Lukut and stay in a company's bungalow in Blue Lagoon. Thanks Tan kh and Vivian. Total distance 50km and 5 hr
6th Oct - From Port Dickson back to Subang Jaya via Lukut,Bukit Pelandok,Sepang,Bangi,Kajang.Total 120km and 8 hr.

Hi Meng, I was surprised to see you embark again on biking adventure / endurance after the Beijing - London achievement. This time how about record the adventure with photos and captions daily just like what you did in the Beijing - London? Come back and publish CD for sale to public to help pay the costs at the same time as guide to aspiring riders in the future. Make it like diary with photos, interesting to read instead of writing a novel or long essay. I will be your first customer, seriously speaking. Do you have such CD for the Beijing - London for sale?
